We hope you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: Our commitment to exceptional dentistry and your safety.

Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice, and you may have seen this during your previous visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it is both safe and comfortable. Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association(ADA), the U.S. Center for Disease Control(CDC), and the Occupational Safety Health Administration(OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so we are up to date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued.
Many patients have expressed some concerns having dental procedures performed at this time. Therefore, we feel it is important to share with you how serious we take this pandemic. You will see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and team.

-- The entire staff will be wearing a mask at all times. The front desk has plexiglass barriers to protect our patients and ourselves.
-- Throughout the office we have implemented HEPA/UV air filtration in every room.
-- We are practicing social distancing between patients. When you arrive, please text/call the office to let us know you have arrived. We will then text/call when we are ready for you. Upon entry, we ask that you hand sanitize. You will then complete a questionnaire and we will be taking your infrared temperature reading before being seated in the dental chair.
-- Once you are seated in the dental chair, you will be asked to rinse with an anti-viral hydrogen peroxide rinse for one minute prior to any dental procedure.
-- After your procedure we will ask you to wash your hands before being dismissed to the front office.
-- A hypochlorous acid fogger is used to eliminate any possible bacteria or virus in the air after each patient visit.

If you request any special accomodations, we will be happy to assist you. We will do our very best to accommodate your preferred day and time for your appointment.

We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our office. To make an appointment please call our office at 408-265-9640.

Thank you for your trust and loyalty. We look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbors, family, and friends.
